Tuition Payments and Deposits

Pay by Credit or Debit Card
PayPal is a secure way to make your class fee payment and you do NOT need a PayPal account to use this option.

Please make check payable to  “Greet The Day”. If paying by check and to secure your position in class, let us know your class fee payment will be arriving by postal mail by emailing us at info@greettheday.org

If you need to Cancel your Class Attendance or Change your Class Date

Included in the course tuition is a non-refundable $50 registration fee. If you cancel or withdraw from a course at least 30 days prior to the course start date, you will be refunded your full tuition less the $50 registration fee. If you cancel or withdraw from a course fewer than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the course start date, you will be refunded 50% of your tuition less the $50 registraton fee. If you cancel or withdraw from a course 7 days or fewer prior to the course start date, your tuition will be non-refundable.

An administration fee of $35 will apply for requests to transfer from one class to another.

In the event of a documented medical emergency, death in the immediate family, or weather prohibiting travel, your entire tuition including the registration fee may be allowed to be rolled over to a workshop at a later date. This special consideration will be allowed one time only at the discretion of the instructor.

 

If Greet The Day Cancels a Class

On rare occasions, Greet The Day must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment numbers or other unforeseen circumstances. If fewer than 8 students are enrolled in a course 30 days before the course start date, Greet The Day may cancel the class. In this case your tuition (including the registration fee) will be refunded in full.

Before you incur non-refundable travel expenses, schedule time off work, or make other irrevocable arrangements, please confirm that the class is guaranteed to proceed by emailing the administration office at info@greettheday.org.

If your class is not yet guaranteed, we will do our best to keep you apprised in a timely way so as to facilitate best travel rates. Greet The Day is not responsible for any loss of these funds in relation to a class cancellation. NOTE: Initial Enrollment Confirmation or Receipt of Tuition is not a guarantee that class will go forward.
