INFUSION CENTER MASSAGE

Practicum and Internship

50-Hour hospital-based skill development and competency building program for massage therapists and estheticians who would like to work in private doctors’ offices, hospitals and infusion centers, and with medically complex clients in their own private practice. Program fee $350 with certificate but no CE credits, $550 with certificate and CE credits.

This program is essential for therapists interested in a supervisory or leadership role in bringing massage to patient care services.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a 500-hour or more course/class in massage therapy or cosmetology, or minimum state requirements.
  • Health clearance and background screening for hospital on-boarding.
  • Completion of the Hospital-Based Massage Fundamentals program.
  • Ability to be physically active, walking and standing for 6-hours or more.
  • Ability to follow instructions, and work in a busy and noisy environment.
