Guest Invite for Massage or Facial
Greet The Day is inviting volunteer client guests to receive a free oncology massage or facial during our Client Clinic, a nationally accredited post-graduate education program for professionally licensed massage therapists and estheticians.
Requirement to Participate
Volunteer client should be currently in or have a history of cancer treatment
Time Committment
Total time commitment is 90-120 minutes, appointment time depending. This includes time for client/therapist consultation and a 60-minute oncology massage or facial.
How to Register

Why are massage and skin care modifications needed before and after cancer treatment?
Cancer and cancer treatments place a physical demand on the body and require that massage and skin care treatments be modified for safety.
Immediate and possibly long-term considerations include positioning, pressure or site concerns related to medical devices, the side effects of drug treatments, surgery and radiation, compromised blood cell counts and lymphedema or risk thereof. Read more.

During this small group gathering, guests can share a brief narrative of their cancer treatment and the primary side effects they experienced. This is a truly valuable learning experience for the therapists, and we would greatly appreciate your participation.

About Massage Luxe
We often have guest clients who are concerned about their skin attend our Client Clinic massage programs and so we offer what we call Massage Luxe.
Massage Luxe is a massage tailored to the requests of the client and includes a hydrating facial mask for the face and neck area. This is a service enhancement you can request be added to your Greet The Day oncology massage.
If you choose a Massage Luxe please arrive for your massage wearing no makeup and with an already clean face ready for the hydrating mask application, and if you would like to leave the center wearing makeup then bring sunblock and make up with you.
